Refund Policy

We want every purchase to be worth it. Because our products are digital downloads, refunds work as follows:
- 14-day window. If a product is materially not as described, is defective, or you experience a technical problem we cannot resolve, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- How to request. Email support@ironquilldigital.com from your order email with your receipt. We respond within two business days.
- How refunds are issued. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
